How much does shipping cost? When will I receive my order?

Only one shipping and handling fee will be charged no matter how many books are ordered - they must be ordered at the same time & shipped to the same location

Books shipped to Canada will incur an additional 5% (GST) charge, however, no additional fees (duties, customs) will be collected upon delivery.

We accept Visa and MasterCard, or you may pay through PayPal (includes Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and checking account). All prices are in U.S. funds.

You will receive confirmation from us by email as soon as your order is received, and again the day your order is shipped. When available, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

We know how important a gift of When You Were Born is to you, and we stand behind it 100%.

If, for any reason, you are not absolutely delighted and satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30-days for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs – no questions asked.

We pride ourselves on our ability to ship orders quickly; because of this your book may be printed within hours of placing your order. PLEASE double-check your email confirmation, which you will receive right after you place your order, and contact us IMMEDIATELY if you see any errors.

We understand that everyone makes mistakes. Please take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully; we will send you an Email confirmation as well. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we will print and ship you a new book at a discount. If we made the error we will send a replacement book promptly at no charge to you.

The astrological chart and reports are custom printed using customized software, called Kepler, from Cosmic Patterns. This is the same professional software used by the the Internet's most popular horoscope firms.

At this time, we are unable to ship to any countries outside of the United States and Canada.

We do, however, accept orders for shipment to APO/FPO addresses. Orders to these addresses are promptly shipped via Priority Mail.

We take great pride in our packaging – each book is carefully wrapped in white tissue paper before being placed inside the keepsake box. The keepsake box is placed in a resealable plastic sleeve and then wrapped in white shipping paper. At this time we do not offer additional gift wrapping services.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a receipt from us by e-mail. No invoice will be sent with your order.
